Bompani cookers are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which, due to its high quality features, is the material of choice in the food industry and used in professional kitchens. In fact, it is one of the materials that has greater resistance to corrosion in contact with food, it is non-porous, can be cleaned very easily and is therefore considered to be by far the most hygienic.
